Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage end-to-end BI project lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation. Act as SME for business domains and data architecture.
Oversee complex and cross-domain projects, providing technical leadership in tool migrations, architectural modernization, and large scale automation.
Partner with senior business leaders to provide actionable insights on business performance, strategic initiatives, market intelligence & opportunities.
Drive BI and analytics vision & innovation in analytics tools or techniques that facilitate effective business decisions
Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, governance, security, compliance.
Drive measurable business value from analytics by implementing ROI tracking, usage analytics, and feedback to improve adoption, user satisfaction and outcomes
What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
Expertise in business analytics, data architecture, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and intuitive analytics solutions.
Strong experience in process analytics and optimization, including process mining, KPI design, and driving measurable operational improvements through data.
Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, aligning analytics initiatives to business priorities and delivering actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with modern analytics ecosystems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar), and with an understanding of data modeling and governance.
Experience embedding analytics into business processes and identifying underlying business challenges
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complex data into clear insights for executive audiences.
Mentoring and fostering a high-performing, collaborative analytics team.
Operating in ambiguity and leading through transformation, with a focus on outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.
