As a Lead Engineer within the Engineering team you must be able to interpret a customer’s specification / requirements to produce a practical and cost-effective design solutions to meet the design or maintenance requirements.

As a Lead Engineer - Service Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing and leading the given engineering tasks and projects according to company and international standards and procedures

  • Creating/Reviewing /Approving engineering Parts /Documents /Procedures /Study Reports/ Design/Requirement as per industry and company guidelines

  • Creating concept and detailed engineering documentation development in 2D and 3D environment such as CREO and PLM system

  • Preparing, checking and approving P&ID, layout, schematics and detail drawings

  • Designing hydraulic systems, selecting appropriate hydraulic components that meet design criteria

  • Working with Factory acceptance test procedures, Operational & Maintenance procedures, and inspection/test reports

 

To be successful in this role you will:

 

  • Have degree in Engineering based discipline or equivalent knowledge and experience

  • Be proficient with CREO or other 3D CAD system and application of GD&T

  • Have experience and knowledge within mechanical design

  • Have basic understanding of hydraulic and instrumentation systems design

  • Have good knowledge of industry standards and design codes

  • Have knowledge of Engineering design theory and manufacturing techniques

  • Have good English communication skills both oral and written

  • Have Oil and Gas Industry knowledge (an advantage)

The initial pay range for this position will be PLN 166,400 To 228,800. There are no provisions of any collective agreement relating to pay which will be applied to this position.
