As a Service Engineer responsible for X-ray equipment, you will carry out routine inspections, repairs, and installations of X-ray systems. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of all tasks.
By adhering to standardized processes and established guidelines, and consistently delivering work aligned with defined frameworks and customer expectations, you will contribute to achieving operational excellence.

 

As a Service Engineer, - X-Ray you will be responsible for: 

  • Performing on-site work such as installation of new equipment, routine maintenance, and repairs
  • Ensuring strict compliance with established technical procedures and safety standards while performing tasks
  • Collaborating with business unit teams to share technical information and support operational decision-making
  • Managing small-scale project processes within established frameworks while adhering to detailed work guidelines
  • Collecting and share technical information in coordination with internal and external stakeholders under the guidance and supervision of a manager
  • Managing assigned customers based on predefined contract terms and ensure compliance with agreed service conditions
  • Executing work with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards

To be successful in this role, you will: 

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering
  • Demonstrate basic technical understanding of power equipment and field services operations 
  •  Have previous experience in PLC
  • Have strong knowledge in fittings, and assembly hardware used in mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience working with high voltage cable systems in industrial or utility environments
  •  Practical exposure to voltage distribution boxes or equivalent electrical enclosures
  • Be able to demonstrate ability to design, interpret, and lead drawings for both electronic components and mechanical assemblies Be comfortable working within structured processes and defined guidelines 
  •  Show ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
