Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops software that supports the organization's business objectives by writing code, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure consistent and lawful products.

  • Develops software applications using a variety of programming languages and tools to write clean, efficient code that aligns with the organization's policies and procedures.

  • Ensures software applications meet functional and non-functional requirements by leveraging strategic testing methodologies and writing comprehensive test plans to ensure peak program performance.

  • Maintains software and application documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and release notes, to communicate complex information clearly and concisely to customers, senior management, and stakeholders.

  • Analyzes business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement initiatives and automation, ultimately supporting the organization's growth and development.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, project managers, and software developers, to continuously develop and improve applications that support the organization's critical goals.

  • Resolves technical issues by troubleshooting the software architecture and debugging complex applications to ensure minimal disruptions to organizational operations.

  • Develops and implements process improvements and methodologies that support the organization's growth objectives by driving increased efficiency and enhanced quality.

  • Drives innovation and improved software application quality by remaining abreast of emerging technologies and software development trends.


Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification/equivalent experience

Prior Relevant Work Experience

  • 0-2 years

Essential Qualifications

  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

  • Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

€30,000.00 - €75,000.00
