We are looking for a Tech & Demo Lead to join the Customer Experiences Team in Palo Alto Customer Welcome Center (CWC), located at HP HQ.

This is a highly visible role, representing one of the world’s leading Tech Companies to its most valuable customers and partners through a robust and diverse executive briefing program. The ideal candidate is an energetic and confident self-starter with strong technical expertise across Personal Systems, Print and Conference solutions, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Tech & Demo Lead ensures seamless technical execution and readiness of all CWC briefings and experiences. This role is responsible for setting up and managing AV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and preparing all content and demo environments to deliver a high-quality, impactful customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up AV systems (Teams/Zoom/others), microphones, and connect slides in preparation for briefing.​

  • Perform slide checks and ensure AV readiness for all briefings.​

  • Create and personalize welcome templates in alignment with Customer Experience Lead guidance. ​

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT when needed following defined path.​

  • Maintain documentation for troubleshooting, accounts, and processes.​

  • Own digital touchpoint (upload new content, keep showcase up to date)​

  • Implement new content in showcase based on guidance from Solutions or/and Customer Experience lead.​

  • Manage inventory: add new products to the showcase, update inventory tools, and remove end-of-life (EOL) products. ​

  • In-charge of add new products in the showcase in replacement of EOL in alignment with Experience and/or Solutions Lead.​

  • Support Customer Experience Lead team with events as needed with general tours

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in technical role, briefing program management, project management, product management, program management, marketing, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of solutions portfolio and integration capabilities.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AV setup, troubleshooting, and IT escalation.

  • Content Management: Ability to manage digital touchpoints and update showcase content.

  • Inventory Management: Experience handling product installations and inventory updates.

  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork with Experience and Solutions Leads.

  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer Orientation: Ensure smooth technical execution for an exceptional customer experience.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
