About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Full Lifecycle Asset Management: Responsible for the full lifecycle management of assets, from procurement, acceptance, usage, reallocation to disposal. Establish and improve management systems, conduct regular inventory checks to ensure consistency between records and physical assets, allocate resources rationally, and enhance asset utilization efficiency and effectiveness.
• Inventory Management Optimization: Conduct research on inventory usage scenarios, develop management measures and standardized processes, coordinate inventory management across business departments, promote digitalization, analyze data and generate reports to improve inventory management efficiency.
• Logistics and Service Support: Plan, build, and manage facilities such as dormitories, dining services, and supporting logistics infrastructure. Supervise and evaluate property management and service providers, handle emergency incidents, and enhance employee experiences in accommodation, dining, and facility usage.
• Administrative Project Operations: Lead the planning and implementation of administrative projects, such as office leasing, renovation, and administrative service upgrades. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet business and employee needs.
• Supplier and Expense Management: Establish a supplier evaluation system, manage supplier service quality, define expense allocation rules, monitor expense data, issue early warnings for anomalies, and control administrative operating costs and risks.
• Process and System Development: Optimize administrative operational processes, establish and improve the administrative management system, support digital transformation, facilitate cross-department communication, ensure alignment between administrative work and business objectives, and enhance team professional capabilities.
