Building Service Engineer (Vanit Place Aree)

-Operate and maintain all building engineering systems to ensure optimal performance.
-Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) according to the maintenance schedule.
-Respond promptly to equipment failures and emergency situations to minimize operational disruptions.
-Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and investigate system alarms.
-Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers performing maintenance or repair works.
-Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
-Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and technical documentation.
-Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-Participate in emergency response procedures, including fire drills, power outages, flooding, and other building incidents.
-Assist in preparing technical reports, maintenance budgets, and capital expenditure proposals.
-Support tenant fit-out works and ensure compliance with building engineering standards.
-Perform daily walkthrough inspections and identify potential risks or maintenance issues.
-Work closely with the property management team to ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction.
