What is Occupancy Planning?

This role sits at the intersection of data analytics, space management, and strategic planning. You'll help organisations optimise their office spaces, plan moves, track utilisation trends, and support critical real estate decisions, all using your analytical skills. If you've never heard of occupancy planning before, that's okay! We provide comprehensive training and will teach you everything about occupancy planning, space management, and industry-specific systems.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse space utilisation data and identify trends

  • Create reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions

  • Develop occupancy scenarios and migration plans

  • Manage portfolio data and ensure accuracy across systems

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand space requirements

  • Use data visualisation to tell compelling stories

  • Support financial forecasting and budget planning

  • Conduct facility audits and track seat demand
