Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, home of the F 35 Joint Strike Fighter and the legendary Skunk Works®, delivers breakthrough aircraft that redefine flight and mission success. Our Framework Integration Team builds and maintains a cross‑platform Test Automation Framework supporting F‑35, F‑22, F‑16, AMMM, and Skunk Works® programs. We create tools, utilities, and infrastructure that enable external software teams to run automated tests efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing
• Design and develop automation tools & infrastructure —leveraging Python and other open source, commercial, and in house software—to integrate and test avionics and other software systems.
• Support & debug CI/CD build pipelines and virtual development labs keeping releases smooth and rapid.
• Support virtual development labs and the full aircraft software lifecycle, ensuring teams have the tools they need when they need them.
• Collaborate daily in lively scrums, sprint reviews, and technical demos—your voice will shape the product from day one.

Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a STEM related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Experience or coursework in object oriented programming
• Experience with Python and/or C++.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain the required security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Software debugging and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
• Exposure to testing libraries/frameworks (e.g., pytest, GoogleTest).
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
