Job Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end administrative support to the department, including managing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, and supporting day-to-day operational needs
Maintain and organize accurate records, documentation, and filing systems (including technical documents and as-built drawings), ensuring proper control, version tracking, and confidentiality
Support the A&A Refurbishment Team in project coordination activities, including tracking project progress, preparing documentation, monitoring timelines, and following up on action items to facilitate timely delivery
Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners to support project communication, coordination, and logistics
Assist in organizing meetings, site visits, training sessions, and project discussions; prepare minutes and ensure follow-up on key deliverables
Contribute to procurement and resource coordination processes, including raising requisitions, tracking orders, and maintaining inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies in compliance with company policies
Job Requirements:
2 years or above experience in administration or coordination; project or facilities exposure is an advantage
Bachelor degree or above, in related discipline would be a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Canva, AutoCAD, or project tools is a plus
