The Opportunity
You are part of PwC Technology User Experience Team. Together with your team you are responsible for all IT end-user und IT endpoint related topics: this includes Software Lifecycle & License Management role.
What you will be doing
You manage the entire software lifecycle process from procurement to integration and maintenance until retirement, in collaboration with our Procurement, IT Workplace Engineers and IT Support Technicians.
You engage with our internal clients to gather their requirements and provide consultation.
You maintain control over the software landscape of PwC and help prevent conflicts and duplications.
You maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and related documentation.
You conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
You regularly audit the usage of software and drive cleanup projects for unused software.
What we need from you
You hold a Bachelor degree in business administration or Computer Science
You have at least 3 years experience in an administrative position, working with software licenses
You have at least 3 years experience working in an administrative position, collaborating with IT teams
You have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
You have working knowledge of English (spoken and written)
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and end-users
You are excellent in organizing and collaborating with different stakeholders.
You have an eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
You have a strong positive, service-oriented attitude and team-working ability.
