The Opportunity
You are part of PwC IT endpoint management team. Together with your team you are responsible for all IT end-user und IT endpoint related topics.
In this role you support projects as SME, train our IT Service Desk and solve incidents- and problems in the IT endpoint area. Further you take over accountability for parts of services and smaller IT services.
What you will be doing
Together with your team, you run, maintain and develop our IT endpoint fleet
You provide 2nd level support to our end-users
You provide trainings to our 1st level support and create knowledge base articles
You develop solutions to optimize our endpoint fleet
You participate in projects and act as SME’s for several workplace related topics
You ensure a state-of-the-art software and patch level for our laptops
You create software packages and deliver them to our users
You execute vulnerability management initiatives to keep our endpoint fleet secure
You execute hygiene tasks to maintain a lean endpoint environment
You take over responsibility for an IT Service or IT Service Components
What we need from you
You hold a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
You have at least 3 years experience working in endpoint management with focus on Windows and iOS endpoints.
You have at least 3 years experience on Microsoft Intune (MEM) or similar modern endpoint management platforms.
You have 3 years experience working with PowerShell
You have 1 year experience with Microsoft 365 Cloud PC environment or similar
You have 1 year experience with working in Microsoft Entra Directory (Azure Active Directory)

Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
PowerShell proficient
You are fluent (written and spoken) in English.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have a strong positive, service-oriented attitude and team-working ability.
What is nice to have:
You have experience managing a Microsoft 365 Platform
ITILv4/v5 Foundation
