As a Retention & Prevention Manager you will lead a high-impact team with a defined mission: reduce churn, deepen customer relationships, and get ahead of risk before it materialises. As a key architect of our customer value strategy, you will turn complex data into sharp insights — and sharp insights into decisions that matter.
What you'll own:
Define and drive retention and prevention strategies end-to-end — from planning and prioritisation to execution and accountability
Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable intelligence: anticipate risk, uncover root causes, and recommend corrective actions with confidence
Build strong alignment across Sales, Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure strategy lands effectively
Thrive in ambiguity — making timely, informed decisions even when the full picture is still forming
Introduce scalable processes, tools, and initiatives with an invent-and-simplify approach
Lead complex customer negotiations, crafting solutions that are sustainable, value-driven, and mutually beneficial
Maintain a regular on-site presence at our Pesaro Headquarters to ensure timely, direct support to the business
What you bring:
A sharp data-driven mindset, with proven ability to interpret churn and retention KPIs and translate them into strategy
Structured strategic and operational planning skills — clear roadmaps, disciplined execution, measurable milestones
Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence across all levels of an organisation
A results-first orientation: comfortable owning KPIs while balancing big-picture vision with hands-on delivery
Proactive problem-solving — able to navigate complexity, act ahead of issues, and keep customer value at the centre of every solution

Total compensation: €52,000 – €72,000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
