Adoption Manager

TeamSystem · Italy, Milano

For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well.

More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter.

Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring the value of digital transformation to every business, whatever its challenge. We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.

The PROFESSIONAL Business Unit is a driving force in the digital transformation of professionals: accountants and labor consultants who choose to evolve, not just to adapt. Our integrated solutions don't simply optimize practice management — they reimagine it. We automate processes, eliminate operational constraints, and raise the quality of the services that professionals deliver to their clients every day. We never stand still: we continuously invest in developing new features and integrating the most advanced technologies, because the market doesn't wait — and our role is to keep pace with it.

The Adoption Manager owns the strategy that turns product usage into measurable customer value. Accountable for adoption impact across the full customer lifecycle, this role drives increased product utilization, stronger perceived value, and tangible contribution to churn reduction and account expansion. This is a high-impact role combining rigorous project management with strong people leadership: end-to-end ownership of adoption initiatives, from design through delivery, alongside the development of a results-driven team.

Your Role At A Glance:

  • Define and execute customer adoption strategy across the full lifecycle, maximizing the value customers derive from our solutions.

  • Design scalable, multichannel adoption journeys — self-service, virtual agents, human touchpoints — centered on customer experience.

  • Lead and orchestrate complex adoption programs with full accountability for timelines, priorities, and outcomes.

  • Align and mobilize cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing) without direct authority, driving execution and impact.

  • Translate strategic goals into concrete operational plans, tracking progress and measuring results.

  • Champion lateral thinking and innovation — finding unconventional approaches to boost engagement and product adoption.

  • Leverage usage data, customer feedback, and qualitative insights to continuously optimize adoption paths.

  • Build, develop, and empower the adoption team, fostering professional growth and a strong sense of ownership.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Industry track record — 5–8 years minimum in a comparable role within B2B markets, preferably in services or high-tech products, with proven ability to drive measurable outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Structured execution — proven ability to manage complex end-to-end initiatives: clear roadmaps, sharp priorities, consistent delivery.

  • People management — experience leading, motivating, and growing teams.

  • Data-driven mindset — ability to dive deep into usage data, behavioral patterns, and customer feedback to surface insights and guide decisions.

  • Cross-functional influence  the ability to deliver results through teams and stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

  • Comfort with ambiguity — confident decision-making and direction-setting even with incomplete information.

  • Stakeholder communication — clarity, authority, and the ability to align across all levels of the organization.

  • Think outside the box — a genuine drive for innovation, experimentation, and creative problem-solving.

  • Invent & simplify — talent for cutting through complexity and designing adoption journeys that are clear, effective, and scalable.

Skills matter — but they're not enough. We look for leaders who embrace challenges as catalysts for growth and who bring our values to life through the way they work:

  • ENTREPRENEURSHIP — the engine behind everything we do. We push to excel, innovate, and raise the bar — for ourselves and for the company. We are proactive, accountable, and customer-obsessed, always ready to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary results.

  • INNOVATION — our north star. We navigate a world rich in diverse experiences, knowledge, and perspectives — and we're not afraid to experiment or fail. We build environments where bold ideas thrive.

  • INCLUSION — the foundation of how we relate to one another. Every individual brings a unique story and perspective. We champion a workplace where those differences aren't just accepted — they're valued.
