We are looking for a Functional Analyst to support the development of innovative Platform projects, with the goal of maximizing product value, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives in a fast-evolving environment.
In particular, you will be responsible for:
Work with APIs to support integration, testing and validation of system functionalities.
Use tools such as Postman to design, execute and document API tests.
Perform end-to-end testing to ensure the reliability and quality of platform solutions while contributing to the automated testing processes to improve efficiency.
Design and execute AI output validation frameworks, define acceptance criteria for AI-generated results, assess correctness, consistency and edge-case behavior across model versions and prompt changes
Build and maintain adversarial test datasets and evaluation benchmarks for AI-driven features, including hallucination detection, boundary case coverage and regression suites.
What skills are we looking for?
At least 2-3 years of experience as functional analyst in a tech environment
Solid understanding of APIs and related tools (e.g., Postman)
Experience with end-to-end testing and test automation practices
Experience with defining acceptance criteria and evaluating AI-generated outputs, including designing test datasets, benchmarks, edge-case validation, hallucination detection and regression testing for AI/ML features
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level)

Total compensation: €38,000 – €44,000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
