For 45 years, we have been the benchmark for digital innovation in Italy — and today, across Europe as well.
More than technology: we are the partner that transforms the way businesses work, grow, and compete. From human resources management to digital payments, from electronic invoicing to customer relationship management, we design tailored solutions that go to the heart of business processes, making them more efficient, faster, and smarter.
Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring the value of digital transformation to every business, whatever its challenge. We do this by putting the customer at the center of everything — not as a tagline, but as a daily working method.
Alongside organic growth, M&A is a core strategic lever to accelerate innovation, expand our product portfolio, and strengthen our leadership across markets.
The M&A Expert plays a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategy. With end-to-end ownership of M&A initiatives, this role leads the full transaction lifecycle — from strategic target identification to deal execution and post-merger integration — ensuring each acquisition delivers sustainable industrial and financial value.
Reporting to the M&A Manager and working closely with senior leadership, the M&A Expert acts as a strategic partner to the business, combining financial rigor, strategic judgment, and strong stakeholder leadership.
Your role at a glance:
Drive the M&A roadmap, aligned with corporate strategy and long‑term growth priorities.
Manage the M&A process end to end, starting from proactive market scouting and target origination.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize acquisition targets across relevant markets, business models, and technologies.
Lead strategic, financial, and business assessments, including valuation, industrial fit, synergies, and risk analysis.
Take full ownership of deal execution, coordinating due diligence across legal, financial, tax, operational, and commercial workstreams.
Play a key role in negotiations, defining deal structures, terms, and closing conditions.
Act as the main point of contact for external advisors (investment banks, consultants, law firms) and internal stakeholders at executive level.
Prepare and present investment cases, decision papers, and recommendations to top management and governance bodies.
Define and oversee post‑merger integration strategies, ensuring value realization, operational alignment, and cultural integration.
Track and report performance of completed transactions versus the original business case.
What skills are we looking for?
At least 5 years of experience managing the M&A process end to end, within corporate M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategy consulting environments.
Proven leadership and ownership in managing complex transactions with autonomy and accountability.
Strong financial skills, including valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to connect individual transactions to broader industrial and corporate strategy.
Strong cross‑functional influence and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent executive communication skills, with confidence in interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
Ability to make decisions in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and high‑uncertainty contexts.
High levels of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
Skills matter — but they're not enough. We look for leaders who embrace challenges as catalysts for growth and who bring our values to life through the way they work:
ENTREPRENEURSHIP — the engine behind everything we do. We push to excel, innovate, and raise the bar — for ourselves and for the company. We are proactive, accountable, and customer-obsessed, always ready to challenge the status quo and deliver extraordinary results.
INNOVATION — our north star. We navigate a world rich in diverse experiences, knowledge, and perspectives — and we're not afraid to experiment or fail. We build environments where bold ideas thrive.
INCLUSION — the foundation of how we relate to one another. Every individual brings a unique story and perspective. We champion a workplace where those differences aren't just accepted — they're valued.
