In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.
In particular, you will:
- Design, develop and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, managing the full identity lifecycle (onboarding, role changes, offboarding);
- Implement and configure authentication, authorization, SSO and MFA, using standard security protocols (OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML);
- Integrate internal and external applications with the IAM platform through REST APIs, collaborating closely with application teams;
- Develop and customize IAM components, contributing to the automation and continuous improvement of access management processes.
What skills are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with proven hands-on experience in the IAM (Identity & Access Management) domain;
- Hands-on experience with at least one authentication platform among: Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende or similars;
- Knowledge and practical use of security protocols, in particular at least one of OAuth 2.0 or SAML;
- Knowledge of at least one of the following development stacks: Java (Spring Framework) or .NET;
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level);
- Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively;
- Experience in the authorization domain, particularly in policy definition and knowledge of OPA (Open Policy Agent), will be considered a plus.

Total compensation: € 53.000 – € 66.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
