To provide administrative and co-ordination that ensures that the workplace is clean, safe, and operating optimally. The role supports day‑to‑day activities such as maintaining clean offices and common areas, reporting broken equipment, following up on repairs and cleaning, coordinating service providers, and keeping basic records.

Performance Outputs

Office Administration

Managing incoming and outgoing parcels

Keep simple records of repairs, services, and equipment

Maintain files for suppliers and service providers and delivery notes

 

Capture and track facility and maintenance requests

 

Stock & Equipment

 

Keep track of cleaning supplies, tools, and basic office equipment

 

Make sure essentials are always available

 

Help with checking and recording company assets

 

Safety & Hygiene

 

Support safety checks around the workplace

 

Report on any unsafe or unclean areas

 

Help prepare for safety inspections or visits

 

Stakeholder/3rd  Party co-ordination

 

 

Welcome and sign in service providers when they come on-site

 

Make sure they follow site rules and safety guidelines

 

 

Space, Stores & Office Support

Coordinate small moves/changes to offices, change rooms and common areas; keep layout plans current

 

Respond to day-to-day queries from staff about facilities

 

Monitor and reorder facility consumables (cleaning materials, light bulbs etc.)

 

Ensure meeting rooms and shared areas are presentable and functional; manage access control requests and visitor logs
