Portfolio Administrator

The Portfolio Administrator role will provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support to the Research & Development (R&D) team. The role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking portfolio activities, supporting governance processes, coordinating meetings, and ensuring accurate reporting across the R&D portfolio.WHAT YOU WILL DO
•Provide administrative support to the R&D portfolio management team.
•Coordinate project documentation, approvals, and filing systems.
•Co-ordination of meetings, conferences and diaries including pre-meeting pack preparation and other arrangements
•Conference and seminar arrangements and co-ordination
•Preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, letters, etc.
•Diary management and scheduling of appointments
•Control and manage stationery and catering requirements
•Assist Function with any facilities related matters, including maintenance, contracts, running of the office
§Maintain confidentiality of sensitive research and business information.
•Ad hoc admin tasks
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
§Strong administrative and organizational skills.
§Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
§Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
§Experience with project management or portfolio management tools will be advantageous.
§Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•Good time management and multitasking abilities.
§Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
§Professional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
§1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or portfolio support role.
§Experience within a research, innovation, engineering, scientific, or project-driven environment will be advantageous.
§Experience working with multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
EXPERIENCE
§1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or portfolio support role.
§Skilled at managing competing priorities under pressure.
§In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of FMCG industry
