Role Summary

The Offer Manager, Advisory Services is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, stability, and scalability of our advisory offers and programs. This role ensures that all operational components supporting the offers—onboarding, trading, billing, reporting, compliance, and servicing—function effectively and consistently.

The Offer Manager serves as the operational owner for assigned offers, maintaining end-to-end awareness of workflows, identifying risks and breakdowns, and driving resolution across teams. The role partners closely with Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Advisory teams to ensure offers are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with client and business expectations.

Responsibilities

Offer Operations Ownership:

  • Owns steady-state operations for assigned advisory offers, ensuring all processes execute reliably at scale
  • Maintains a holistic view of end-to-end workflows (e.g., onboarding, account setup, trading, fee billing, reporting, servicing)
  • Ensures operational readiness and stability across all supporting functions and platforms
  • Identifies and mitigates process gaps, control weaknesses, and operational risks
  • Drives consistency and adherence to defined processes, minimizing reliance on exceptions

Operational Flow Oversight & Governance:

  • Oversees critical operational flows across systems and partners (internal and external vendors)
  • Establishes and maintains clear process documentation, controls, and operating procedures
  • Defines and monitors operational KPIs (e.g., cycle times, error rates, break volumes, manual touchpoints)
  • Leads regular operations reviews / governance forums to track performance, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensures alignment across teams on roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths

Issue Management & Continuous Improvement:

  • Serves as central point of coordination for issue identification, triage, and resolution
  • Drives root cause analysis and partners with stakeholders to implement sustainable fixes
  • Tracks and prioritizes operational enhancements and process improvements
  • Reduces operational friction by improving automation, reducing manual work, and standardizing processes
  • Maintains a forward-looking view of emerging risks and capacity constraints

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Partners across Operations, Technology, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure seamless execution
  • Facilitates alignment across interdependent teams and systems
  • Manages dependencies across internal functions and external providers (e.g., custodians, asset managers, platforms)
  • Drives clarity on ownership, accountability, and decision-making frameworks (RACI)

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitors ongoing offer performance from an operational perspective (not just financials)
  • Develops reporting to provide visibility into processing volumes, errors, client impacts, and service levels
  • Surfaces risks, trends, and insights to leadership with clear action plans
  • Supports leadership reporting with operational metrics and readiness assessments

Change Implementation & Readiness:

  • Ensures operational readiness for enhancements, new capabilities, and regulatory changes
  • Validates impacts to existing workflows and coordinates implementation across teams
  • Supports controlled rollout of changes while maintaining stability of BAU operations
  • Ensures documentation, training, and controls are updated accordingly

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience in offer management, product management, consulting, strategy, or a related discipline.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required, with required licenses to be obtained and maintained within six (6) months of assuming the role.

Preferred:
