This role is a senior-level SAP SD consulting position focused on leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformations and supporting complex enterprise environments undergoing significant regulatory change. You will act as a key functional expert, driving SAP SD design decisions while ensuring full alignment with Brazilian Tax Reform requirements. The position combines hands-on configuration expertise with strategic advisory responsibilities, particularly across pricing, billing, taxation, and integration with FI and MM modules. You will also serve as a central knowledge leader, enabling cross-functional teams to understand and adopt new tax-related processes. Operating in a global and fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders across multiple regions. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly influences compliance, system performance, and business continuity at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead SAP SD workstreams across implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring delivery of robust Order-to-Cash solutions.
  • Act as the primary SAP SD Tax Reform lead, defining system impacts and guiding design decisions related to Brazilian tax changes (CBS, IBS, IS).
  • Configure and optimize SAP SD processes including pricing, billing, outputs, credit management, intercompany flows, and returns.
  • Assess, design, and implement tax reform impacts across Order-to-Cash processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and system accuracy.
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and FI, MM, and external tax engines or compliance tools.
  • Coordinate RICEFW developments with technical teams and ensure alignment with functional requirements.
  • Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare stabilization activities.
  • Lead knowledge transfer initiatives and mentor junior consultants, promoting capability building within project teams.
  • Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs, tax requirements, and system capabilities.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant with strong exposure to full-cycle implementation projects.
    • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA and deep configuration knowledge in pricing, billing, and tax determination.
    • Strong experience with Brazilian localization and tax processes, including assessment of regulatory impacts on Order-to-Cash.
    • Proven ability to lead SAP SD functional streams and act as a subject matter expert in complex environments.
    • Solid integration knowledge between SAP SD, FI, MM, and external tax engines (e.g., TDF or similar solutions).
    • Experience working in multinational or global project environments is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate regulatory changes into system requirements.
    • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory; Portuguese fluency is required, Spanish is a plus.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across business, IT, and technical teams.
