    • Strong proficiency in Python for backend development, automation, or systems work
    • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs in production environments
    • Solid understanding of Git workflows, code reviews, and collaborative development practices
    • Experience working across the full SDLC in agile or Scrum environments
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex systems
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical teams
    • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-evolving technical environments
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $206,000 depending on experience and location
      • Equity and/or performance-based incentive opportunities
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan
      • Paid holidays, flexible PTO, and paid sick leave
      • Life, disability, and wellness support programs
      • Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and technical development
