ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to act as a bridge between our CRM and all other platforms, evolving Master Data Management (MDMs), internal databases, NetSuite etc. You will be a critical part of the team ensuring that Salesforce serves as a reliable source of truth for counterparty and account data. This role is unique in its breadth: you will handle standard administrative enhancements, complex Apex coding, and strategic integrations with our new trading platform and data warehouse. By joining this mission,you will help us build a frictionless customer onboarding experience that scales our impact on global decarbonization.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Core Salesforce Development: Lead the development of Apex triggers, classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support complex business logic and automation.
- MDM Implementation: Partner with our Architects to design and implement a "golden source of truth" for counterparties and contacts, integrating Salesforce with NetSuite and IntelAgree.
- Integration Engineering: Build and maintain connectivity between Salesforce and the "Callisto" platform using Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps.
- Release Management: Improve our Salesforce CI/CD implementation and deployment processes to ensure stability and speed.
- Support & Admin: Manage ~6-10 high-priority enhancement tickets per month, balancing long-term project work with immediate business needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
You are a certified Salesforce expert who balances technical depth with a strategic understanding of data governance. You understand that Salesforce doesn't live in a vacuum and thrive on building the integrations that make an enterprise-grade platform possible. You are proactive in suggesting process improvements and are excited to work in a collaborative, US-based/near-shore environment.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II and/or System Architect.
- Strong experience with MDM principles, data lineage, and cross-platform data synchronization.
- Proficiency in Azure integration tools (Logic Apps, Function Apps) and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with US-based Product Owners.
- Ability to work independently as the primary Salesforce resource while aligning with the broader engineering organization.
