This role sits at the intersection of enterprise collaboration, cloud productivity, and digital transformation, with a strong focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping how modern workplace tools are adopted, optimized, and governed across a global organization. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on technical leadership, ensuring that platforms like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Copilot deliver maximum business value. You will play a key role in driving user adoption, improving operational performance, and enabling secure, scalable collaboration experiences. Working in a highly cross-functional environment, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into effective M365 solutions. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences productivity, employee experience, and enterprise efficiency at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Own, configure, and continuously optimize Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, and Copilot to ensure reliability, performance, and business value.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, with a strong focus on Copilot and modern collaboration capabilities.
  • Lead communication strategies for platform updates, changes, and best practices, ensuring clarity and strong end-user engagement.
  • Define and enforce standards, governance models, documentation, and operational best practices for the M365 ecosystem.
  • Monitor platform usage, adoption trends, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and deliver scalable M365 solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Mentor and support technical team members, contributing to capability building and operational excellence.
  • Requirements:

    • 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments, preferably within global organizations.
    • Deep hands-on expertise with the Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive) and related services.
    • Proven experience driving large-scale adoption of M365 tools and leading change management initiatives.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI-enabled productivity tools.
    • Solid understanding of M365 security, compliance, identity, and governance frameworks.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of working across business and IT teams.
    • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global, and matrixed environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
