We are seeking a Manager of Ecommerce Strategy to lead strategic initiatives across our business and for Partner Brands.
This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, solving complex business problems, and developing recommendations that drive action.
This full-time role is based in Lehi, UT, with a flexible hybrid schedule.
What is a day in the life of the Manager of Strategy?
Lead strategy and consulting projects for internal teams and partner brands.
Analyze customer, market, and business performance data to identify growth opportunities.
Develop recommendations and communicate insights through clear, compelling presentations.
Partner cross-functionally to drive initiatives from concept through execution.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Leverage AI tools to improve speed and effectiveness while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
