Accountabilities:

  • Re-architect legacy integrations by migrating custom extensions from in-process implementations to scalable, serverless, out-of-process solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure REST and GraphQL APIs, webhook configurations, and event-driven integration frameworks.
  • Build automated workflow connectors that seamlessly integrate work management platforms with downstream marketing and business systems.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, software engineers, and data teams to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing end-to-end data flows.
  • Troubleshoot system bottlenecks, latency issues, and integration failures while implementing long-term architectural improvements.
  • Promote engineering best practices for automation, scalability, security, and operational stability across enterprise environments.
  • Support client-facing technical initiatives by delivering expert guidance and contributing to successful implementation outcomes.
  • Travel as needed to support client engagements and strategic project delivery.
  • Requirements

    • 6+ years of experience in backend software engineering, systems integration, or enterprise application development within consulting, agency, or enterprise environments.
    • Strong expertise designing and developing REST and GraphQL APIs, serverless architectures, webhooks, microservices, and secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth.
    • Hands-on experience building and configuring workflows using Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion.
    • Proven experience developing out-of-process extensions using Adobe App Builder and Adobe Commerce API Mesh.
    • Familiarity integrating Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets) with external work management and creative workflow platforms.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills with demonstrated success resolving complex integration, performance, and connectivity issues across distributed systems.
    • Excellent software architecture, problem-solving, analytical, and debugging capabilities.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and client-facing teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality solutions in a fully remote environment.
    • Willingness to travel periodically for client engagements and project support.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive annual salary ranging from $122,700 to $148,000 USD, based on experience and location.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
      • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching.
      • Paid time off and company holidays.
      • Paid parental leave.
      • Fully remote work environment with travel opportunities.
      • Access to global collaboration, professional development, and career growth opportunities.
      • Inclusive, collaborative culture that values innovation, autonomy, and continuous learning.
      • Opportunity to work on complex enterprise digital transformation initiatives with cutting-edge technologies.
