In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of a unified growth marketing platform that enables marketers to design, automate, and measure customer journeys across the lifecycle. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, data science, and marketing to build AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, personalization, and return on marketing investment. This is a highly cross-functional role where you will define long-term platform strategy while also driving hands-on execution of complex initiatives. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment where scalable systems, privacy-safe architecture, and AI-powered capabilities are core priorities. This role is ideal for a product leader passionate about building intelligent platforms that shape how marketing teams operate and grow.
Accountabilities:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for a unified growth marketing platform spanning CRM, orchestration, segmentation, experimentation, and analytics.
- Translate marketer needs into scalable platform capabilities, including audience targeting, journey orchestration, personalization, measurement, and governance frameworks.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science/ML teams to design and deliver AI-powered and agentic features that automate campaign execution, optimization, and workflow efficiency.
- Define and track key KPIs for marketing performance, efficiency, and ROI, ensuring robust instrumentation, data quality, and actionable analytics.
- Lead experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous optimization at scale.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Privacy/Legal, and Finance, aligning priorities and managing dependencies.
- Oversee adoption and enablement of platform capabilities through documentation, training, and change management initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and evolve the marketing technology stack to improve scalability, performance, and integration across systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering platform, MarTech, CRM, or growth marketing products end-to-end.
- Proven experience defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and launching complex, cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Data Science/ML teams.
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, including experimentation design (A/B testing, multivariate testing) and familiarity with SQL or product analytics tools.
- Experience working directly with Marketing stakeholders to improve campaign performance, lifecycle engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate product vision through PRDs, strategy documents, and roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI/ML-powered product features, including familiarity with LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, or automation tools, is a plus.
- Strong systems thinking ability with experience translating complex workflows into scalable product and platform architectures.
- Familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem (CDPs, ESPs, attribution tools, experimentation platforms) and integration best practices.
- Comfort working in privacy- and compliance-sensitive environments in collaboration with Legal and Privacy teams.
