Join Aprio's Information Assurance Services team within Risk Advisory and Assurance Services (RAAS). Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for new colleagues to join their dynamic team as an Administrator supporting IT Audit teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with multiple audiences (i.e., partners, team members, and clients) verbally and in writing.
  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings and conference calls 
  • Handle professionally sensitive and confidential business matters and assist with special projects 
  • Act as a resource for partners and team members
  • Team player with a positive attitude and works well with multiple personality types
  • Effectively manage competing priorities
  • Strong commitment to attention to detail, completion of tasks, and meeting strict deadlines
  • Work independently and with quick turnarounds

  • This role is for a night-shift schedule of 8:00AM – 5:00PM CST.
  • Qualifications:

  • 1 - 2 years' experience as an administrative assistant supporting multiple business leaders within an organization, preferably experience in a medium/large professional services company
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Attention to detail in executing standardized work duties
  • Ability to learn quickly and implement new software technology
  • Proficient in multiple calendar management
  • Flexible, self-starter with the ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management
