SAP S4HANA Officer (1 Year Contract)

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Support SAP S/4HANA rollout project activities within warehouse operations.
• Perform system testing in both testing environment and productive system to ensure functionality and stability.
• Create and maintain work instruction documents for warehouse processes under the new system.
• Register new Work instruction in the system.
• Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure proper system understanding and usage.
• Support process stabilization after go-live to ensure smooth transition and operational continuity.
• Other assignments as delegated by the manager and Project manager.

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5 years of working experience in logistics and warehouse.
• Good communication skills in English, both in reading and writing.
• Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge or experience in SAP system.
• Able to work under project timeline and pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally. 
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as required.
