Distinguished Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Distinguished Enterprise Architect to lead transformational change across our enterprise architecture landscape. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data architecture, product architecture, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology platforms, driving innovation, and aligning architecture with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy, frameworks, and roadmaps to support long-term business and technology goals.
  • Transformational Change: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with demonstrable impact on business agility, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Architecture Excellence: Design and govern enterprise data models, data platforms, and data governance strategies to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Product Architecture Strategy: Collaborate with product teams to architect scalable, modular, and resilient product platforms that support rapid innovation and delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence senior executives, business leaders, and technology teams to align on architectural vision and priorities.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish architectural standards, principles, and best practices across the enterprise.
  • Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and thought leader to other architects and technical leaders across the organization.
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformational change, with measurable outcomes (e.g., cost reduction, time-to-market acceleration, platform modernization).
  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior or distinguished architect role.
  • Deep expertise in data architecture (e.g., data modeling, data platforms, governance, analytics) and product architecture (e.g., microservices, APIs, modular design).
  • Strong understanding of modern technology stacks including cloud-native architectures, event-driven systems, and AI/ML integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across business and technology domains.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and tools (e.g., ArchiMate, LeanIX).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
