Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve addressing technical issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of configured services across various platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software challenges, while adhering to defined operating models and processes. Your role will also encompass implementing technology at the operating system level across server and network areas, ensuring that all systems function optimally and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- Strong understanding of server and network management.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating system-level implementations.
- Knowledge of remote and onsite technical support processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
