Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.US: $126000 - $181000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with one or more optical technologies such as optical transceivers, optical metro, or long-haul Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) systems.
- Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, or Python.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with network equipment manufacturer or network operator in engineering or design role.
- Experience with planning and designing networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.).
