Location expectations:
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

U.S. Bank is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow System Administrator to support a critical platform that enables case management and operational workflows across the enterprise. This role plays a key part in maintaining platform stability, supporting 24/7 operational teams, and ensuring secure, reliable ServiceNow functionality within a governed environment.

This person will serve as the primary administrator of the ServiceNow platform, owning responsibilities across access management, production support, and release execution. They will partner closely with engineers, architects, and process leaders to manage platform operations, enforce governance controls, and support continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications and environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform and its applications
  • Manage platform functionality, including plugins and environments
  • Execute release activities, including moving code to production
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure system stability
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide production support
  • Manage user access and enforce security controls
  • Support governance processes, including change management and compliance
  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams on deployments and platform improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement across platform operations

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
  • Strong ServiceNow platform administration experience
  • Experience with user access and security management
  • Proven production support and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with release management / moving code to production
  • Experience with platform monitoring and operational support
  • Experience working in a governed environment (change control, separation of duties)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • ServiceNow CSA certification
  • Experience with CMDB and/or CSDM
  • Exposure to ServiceNow integrations or broader platform capabilities
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale environments

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $98,175.00 - $115,500.00
