A Water IT Systems Administrator – Utility Billing System job is available with the City of Fort Worth Water Department, Management Services Division.
In this role, you’ll be part of the Water IT team, which supports all technology used across the Fort Worth Water Utility, including systems that serve our customers directly.
As the Utility Billing Systems Administrator will lead a team that is responsible for the full lifecycle management of systems in the Utility Billing ecosystem (CIS, IVR, Customer Portal, etc.) This position has the potential to evolve and gain knowledge in additional areas of AMI, MDM, and Field Service. This position is located onsite in Fort Worth, Texas.
