We are seeking a senior engineering and project leader to lead Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing sites covering Oral Solid Dosage (OSD), liquids, and hormonal products etc. The role drives strategic investments, capacity expansion, and compliance upgrades aligned with global regulatory standards (EU GMP, WHO).
Applies advanced expertise in project management, planning, budgeting, and execution methodologies to deliver complex capital projects. Leads high-value mission-critical projects and takes full ownership of successful implementation including planning, execution, governance, and post-implementation evaluation.
Designs and implements comprehensive execution plans; defines scope, objectives, schedules, budgets; ensures delivery of complex CapEx projects.
Monitors progress against plans and KPIs; identifies deviations; takes corrective actions to ensure timelines, cost and quality objectives.
Identifies and deploys resources including engineering designs, materials, equipment, contractors and internal teams.
Oversees engineering designs, specifications; ensures compliance with cGMP, EU GMP; supports HVAC, cleanroom, utilities and layouts. Follows organisation Global Engineering standards.
Liaises with engineering, QA, manufacturing, supply chain and global teams to ensure project alignment and integration.
Identifies project risks, resolves operational problems and minimizes delays through structured mitigation.
Ensures governance adherence; conducts performance reviews and post-implementation evaluations.
15–20 years’ experience in pharma engineering projects; expertise in OSD, liquids, hormonal/high containment facilities; strong CapEx leadership; engineering degree (MBA preferred).
Deliver projects on time, within budget and compliant; strengthen governance and engineering capabilities.
