At Contentsquare, Engineering is organised around product domains. As Senior Vice President, Engineering, reporting to the CTO, you will lead Analytics Intelligence, our largest Engineering organisation and the team behind the core analytics experience of the Contentsquare platform.
Your organisation of 100+ engineers spans multiple Engineering Groups responsible for products including Digital Analytics, Session Replay, Heatmaps, Journey Analytics, Performance Monitoring and Voice of Customer, as well as the shared application foundations that power our platform. You will lead a mature leadership team of VPs, Senior Directors and Directors, partnering closely with Product and Design to deliver one of the company's most strategic product portfolios. Beyond product delivery, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Engineering at Contentsquare as we continue scaling our organisation and accelerating our AI transformation.
This role is about leading a large engineering organisation through change, balancing execution, organisational design, leadership development and long-term product strategy.
Lead an Engineering organisation of 100+ engineers through a leadership team of VPs, Senior Directors, Directors and Engineering Managers across multiple product areas.
Own the Engineering strategy and execution for Analytics Intelligence, one of Contentsquare's most strategic product domains.
Deliver the next phase of our platform unification, bringing our analytics platforms to global availability while ensuring a seamless customer transition.
Drive the evolution of the organisation towards an AI-native Engineering model, enabling teams to leverage AI to improve software delivery, engineering productivity and customer value while maintaining high standards of architecture, reliability and quality.
Partner closely with Product, Design and Executive Leadership to balance customer needs, business priorities and technical investment across a broad product portfolio.
Continue to evolve the organisation by developing senior engineering leaders, strengthening our management bench and adapting organisational structures as the company scales.
Foster a culture of ownership, execution and operational excellence across a large, distributed Engineering organisation.
Proven experience leading large Product Engineering organisations (typically 100+ engineers) through multiple layers of management.
Demonstrated success delivering complex, business-critical programmes involving multiple products, technical migrations and demanding commercial commitments.
Strong organisational leadership, with experience building high-performing leadership teams and developing Directors, Managers and Staff Engineers.
Experience operating in modern B2B SaaS organisations with globally distributed engineering teams.
A pragmatic, execution-oriented leadership style with the ability to navigate organisational complexity, drive alignment and make decisions in fast-moving environments.
Experience working in organisations where AI is becoming an integral part of software engineering and product delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Engineering, Product and Executive Leadership.
