About This Role:
Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, the Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations, will play a critical role in building a best-in-class Treasury function that directly supports Crusoe’s strategic objectives. This position will partner with teams across the organization, driving efficiencies and process discipline within a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate is highly strategic and operationally minded, with exceptional project management skills and the ability to effectively manage diverse priorities in a results-oriented environment. This role requires an individual with a proven track record of navigating complexity and implementing best-in-class processes and technology.
What You’ll Be Working On:
The Senior Analyst, Treasury Operations will support key treasury operations functions — including bank partner due diligence, account management, bank fee review, insurance administration, daily payment processing, and cash management — across several billion dollars in monthly cash flows. Key responsibilities include:
Banking Infrastructure:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate bank accounts, including openings, closures, and structural modifications across global banking partners.
Maintain the corporate banking repository, ensuring 100% accuracy of account numbers, routing information, and bank contacts.
Manage documentation related to banking resolutions, service agreements, and electronic banking platform access.
Review, update, and track account signatories, formal bank authorities, and corporate powers of attorney.
Compliance, KYC & Due Diligence:
Act as the primary point of contact for external banking partners regarding new and periodic KYC refreshes, anti-money laundering (AML) checks, and institutional due diligence requests.
Gather, organize, and submit sensitive corporate documentation (e.g., certificates of incorporation, organizational charts, officer IDs) to satisfy diverse regulatory compliance standards across jurisdictions.
Partner with Legal, Tax, and Finance where needed to complete due diligence requests.
Treasury Data Integrity & Administration:
Audit and maintain master Treasury data within the Treasury Management System (Kyriba), including bank accounts, authorities, and associated activity dates (openings, closings, and activations).
Ensure internal controls and internal audit requirements (such as SOX compliance, if applicable) are strictly adhered to regarding bank account documentation and user access management.
Assist in compiling regular reports on accounts, authorities, bank fees, etc.
Bank Fee Review:
Review monthly bank fee analysis statements vs. negotiated pricing.
Identify, communicate, and resolve any discrepancies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities by eliminating unused services and renegotiating bank fees.
Create and distribute regular reporting.
Insurance Administration Support:
Assist with insurance documentation and insurance partner requests
Monitor insurance policy invoicing and premium activity
Core Treasury Operations:
Support daily treasury operations, including wire transfers, ACH payments, and electronic payment processes across multiple currencies, ensuring accuracy and security.
Strategic Leadership:
Support the implementation and optimization of a new Treasury Management System (TMS) to automate and enhance daily treasury activities and reporting.
Risk and Controls:
Analyze, implement, and help maintain a robust risk management framework to ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to safeguard Company data and assets.
Cross-Functional Projects:
○ Support complex, cross-functional projects to solve critical strategic and operational challenges.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate banking operations, or banking compliance/KYC. Experience handling international KYC documentation and FBAR (Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts) reporting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERPs. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of global banking instruments, SWIFT messaging, and corporate cash management practices.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the capability to securely handle highly confidential corporate data. Excellent communication skills for managing bank relationships. Ability to demonstrate proactive leadership and remain solutions-focused in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; must be “hands-on”. Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and precision in operational and reporting contexts.

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $90,000 -$105,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
