As a  Payments Specialist with English language, you will further develop  your mastery in the purchasing processes and maintain relationships key supplier, clients and internal users. 

💰 Compensation details: for this role the monthly starting salary is 9200 RON Gross. We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.  In addition to this, you will receive a 13th salary once per year and a vacation bonus.

Job responsibilities: 

• Resolving day to day invoicing issues using tactical systems and purchasing tools 

• Prefiltering invoices before posting in order to ensure right first-time processing 

• Defining improvement plans and recommending potential solutions to issues together with various parties involved, having governance role over invoice statuses handled by other organizations 

• Acting as first level of support to internal customers/users for all payments matters, including technical issues (after user self-service). 

• Owning overall process changes and improvements, partnering with finance leaders and business users for implementation.

• Establishing and maintaining effective relations with suppliers, users, or sourcing buyers.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
• Very good English skills both in writing and speaking;
• Any experience and knowledge and use of accounts payable (invoicing) principles and processes is nice to have;
• Any Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and master data tools will be a plus;
• Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint);
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills;
• Demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines.
