Maintain vendor + employee satisfaction

Ensure compliance with travel & expense policy
Validate:

Receipts
Limits (per diem, hotel, airfare)
Policy violations


Manage corporate card reconciliation
Handle employee queries & reimbursements
Monitor duplicate / fraudulent claims

What You'll Bring:

  • End-to-end invoice lifecycle management
    • Invoice intake (EDI / OCR / manual)
    • 2-way / 3-way matching (PO, GRN, invoice)
    • Non-PO invoice validation
  • Handle high-volume invoice processing with accuracy
