The Role:
We need support for a 3-month project, helping to manually review, validate, and update data in several web-based applications to help us match records across various systems. This project requires fantastic attention to detail, good judgment, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help or input.
You will:
Update data fields in multiple CRM databases using a given list of inputs or information to match
Use available resources, including internal and external sources, to validate information and make edits as needed, occasionally requiring deeper research or partnership to ensure data is exactly right
Work with leaders and other partners to resolve unclear or missing data to ensure a flawless final product
Work on data entry or research tasks as needed
You have:
At least some basic experience using Salesforce and other CRM tools
Fantastic attention to detail - you enjoy keeping things organized
Experience using internal and external sources to validate and match data
You are:
Comfortable doing repetitive, independent work every day - remotely - and know when and how to raise your hand to ask for help
Proficient with Google Workspace, especially Sheets and file management/sharing with Drive
