As a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager, you’ll drive growth by building meaningful partnerships with complex commercial clients. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence through strategic business development and trusted financial guidance. This role offers the opportunity to make a strong impact while mentoring others and contributing to a high-performing team.
In this role you'll
In this role you’ll generate revenue through business development activities with existing clients and new prospects.
Build and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients, including those in specialized industry verticals.
Actively market and develop business opportunities across commercial and industrial lending and targeted industry segments.
Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions within your authority.
Prepare and present detailed credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests.
Conduct credit reviews and monitor portfolio risk to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Manage ongoing credit risk by monitoring loan performance and maintaining accurate risk ratings.
Represent the bank in the community to build awareness and strengthen relationships.
Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development.
Follow all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
You have 6 or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required).

You bring a strong understanding of local markets and how to grow business within them.
You have strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to underwrite and structure commercial credits.

Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $151,017 - $177,667
