We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive (Senior) Finance Associate to join our Finance team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the company's day-to-day finance operations, month-end closing activities, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely reporting.
Provide operational support to other departments which involves internal system adjustments reviews and executions
Manage weekly payment processing, petty cash transactions, and finance records
Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial analysis
Prepare management reports and assist with financial reporting requirements
Monitor postpaid client collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
Track spending against budgets and support budget variance analysis
Assist with statutory compliance activities, including audits and tax filings
Review, update, and maintain finance SOPs and process documentation
Support ad hoc finance projects and operational initiatives as assigned
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential financial information
Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Oracle or other accounting systems is an advantage
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit-related roles
Experience in month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, or financial operations is preferred
