Accountabilities
- Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and guide them through available payment options and resolution strategies.
- Investigate account information, locate responsible parties, and gather relevant details to facilitate successful debt resolution.
- Negotiate payment arrangements that balance customer needs with business objectives while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
- Deliver high-quality customer service during challenging conversations, demonstrating empathy, conflict resolution skills, and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payment agreements, and account activities within company systems.
- Meet individual and team performance objectives related to collections, account resolution, and customer engagement.
- Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations governing collections activities and customer communications.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development initiatives to continuously improve performance and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to complete required in-person training and maintain residency within the designated commuting radius throughout employment.
