Accountabilities

  • Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and guide them through available payment options and resolution strategies.
  • Investigate account information, locate responsible parties, and gather relevant details to facilitate successful debt resolution.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements that balance customer needs with business objectives while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service during challenging conversations, demonstrating empathy, conflict resolution skills, and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payment agreements, and account activities within company systems.
  • Meet individual and team performance objectives related to collections, account resolution, and customer engagement.
  • Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations governing collections activities and customer communications.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development initiatives to continuously improve performance and industry knowledge.
  • Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and professionalism when managing challenging situations and difficult conversations.
    • Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and compliance standards.
    • Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure environments.
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
    • Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps for remote work.
    • Ability to complete required in-person training and maintain residency within the designated commuting radius throughout employment.

      • Base pay of $20 per hour plus uncapped commission opportunities.
      • Average first-year earnings of $60,000–$75,000, with potential second-year earnings of $70,000–$100,000 based on performance.
