Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams to deliver end-to-end product features
Improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability
Contribute to engineering best practices, code quality, and technical architecture decisions
Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to accelerate implementation, testing, and debugging
Take ownership of features from design through production in a fast-moving startup environment
5+ years of experience building production SaaS applications
Strong expertise with NestJS (mandatory)
Experience with Redis, caching strategies, and queuing systems such as RabbitMQ or equivalent
Strong experience with TypeORM
Good knowledge of Next.js and Tailwind CSS
Proven experience designing and integrating REST APIs
Experience building scalable backend systems with asynchronous architectures
Fluent English with strong communication skills
Ability to effectively use AI coding assistants to accelerate development and debugging workflows. Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks and modern coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar is a MUST.

Work across modern backend infrastructure, frontend applications, and complex integrations
Help shape engineering best practices in a fast-growing startup environment
Collaborate with a highly technical, remote-first team focused on shipping high-quality software
