Job Description
Location: Hybrid – Paris, France (2 days/week in office)
Start date: ASAP
Languages: Fluent French and English are mandatory
Industry: Digital Workplace / Microsoft 365 SaaS
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a European B2B SaaS company on a mission to transform Microsoft 365 into the digital workplace people actually use — and the trusted knowledge base AI needs. Recently recognized as a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Intranet Packaged Solutions and backed by a significant funding round, the company is trusted by 550+ organizations and 2M+ users, with a partner network spanning 70+ partners across 35+ countries. Headquartered in Paris, with offices in Germany, Australia, and the United States, it is entering its most pivotal growth year at the intersection of the AI wave and the digital workplace transformation.
Professional Background:
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate the company's new product vision into a messaging architecture that wins deals. Reporting directly to the CPO and sitting at the center of the FY26 growth engine, you'll own the story, the assets, the analyst narrative, and the market intelligence that keep Product and GTM aligned with reality. You should bring 4–8 years in Product Marketing or GTM strategy — ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software — with the editorial discipline to keep a complex narrative crisp and consistent. Autonomy, commercial instinct, and a story-first mindset are essential.
Your Responsibilities:
Design master GTM and sales enablement assets — corporate and product pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, and a customer proof library — and train Sales, Marketing, and CS to build their own winning pitches from them.
Act as the company's evangelist: on stage at webinars and conferences, with prospects in persona-tuned language, and across the partner ecosystem and broader Microsoft sphere, turning every appearance into a pipeline moment.
Own messaging and positioning: co-own the FY26 messaging architecture in EN and FR, and sharpen positioning against Microsoft-native alternatives (Viva, LumApps, native SharePoint).
Own analyst relations: deliver submissions and briefings on time, build a reusable evidence pack, and maintain proactive contact with priority analysts between evaluation cycles.
Run market intelligence: establish a bi-monthly cadence with recommended actions, track competitors and the Microsoft ecosystem, and turn customer and partner signals into recommendations for Product and GTM.
What You Bring:
4–8 years in Product Marketing or GTM strategy, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven ability to turn complex product narratives into crisp, buyer-facing messaging, with the discipline to keep it consistent.
Experience owning sales enablement assets: pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies.
Comfort with analyst relations cycles: preparation, submission, briefing, and follow-through.
Strong market research instincts — you turn competitive signals into actionable intelligence.
Excellent written communication in both French and English, in a voice that's witty, warm, human, and bold — never corporate.
Cross-functional credibility with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, without needing a formal mandate.
Ability to leverage AI to augment your work, and the judgment to know when the human touch is required.
Nice To Have:
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem — SharePoint, Teams, Copilot — and the digital workplace or intranet category.
Previous exposure to Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave submission processes.
Comfort with AI-related positioning: governance, Copilot readiness, knowledge management, and the AI foundation narrative.
Experience in multi-market, multi-language GTM (France, Germany, US).
Why Join Us:
Our client is redefining how organizations work inside Microsoft 365, at the intersection of AI, governance, and the future of digital work. You'll take a strategic PMM seat reporting directly to the CPO, with real ownership of the go-to-market narrative and analyst visibility in a pivotal growth year. Expect access to a rich set of real customer stories, partner voices, and field intelligence across English, French, and German-speaking markets, in a hybrid, supportive environment in central Paris that values directness, intellectual curiosity, and content that actually moves deals.
