Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Life Sciences

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Life Sciences based in United States.

This role is responsible for driving high-impact, integrated marketing strategies across life sciences and pharmaceutical markets, with a strong focus on demand generation and measurable pipeline growth. You will design and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that span digital, events, content, ABM, and partner co-marketing initiatives. The position plays a critical role in shaping how the organization engages buyers across a regulated and complex healthcare ecosystem. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align messaging, improve conversion, and accelerate revenue impact. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on role where performance, experimentation, and continuous optimization are central to success. You will also play a key role in elevating sales enablement and thought leadership content to support complex buying journeys. The environment is fast-paced, cross-functional, and focused on scalable growth in a mission-driven healthcare context.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and execute integrated, multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, ABM, webinars, content syndication, and industry events to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Manage top-of-funnel performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, lead quality, and campaign ROI, ensuring clear reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Develop high-impact sales enablement materials such as case studies, solution briefs, white papers, presentations, and persona-driven messaging in collaboration with Product Marketing.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to support strategic accounts, nurture opportunities, and improve conversion across the pipeline lifecycle.
  • Lead partner and co-marketing initiatives with key stakeholders to expand awareness, adoption, and engagement across life sciences audiences.
  • Design and execute patient engagement marketing programs that communicate value across access, adherence, and activation use cases.
  • Own end-to-end marketing execution for events, conferences, and webinars, including pre-event strategy, live execution, and post-event pipeline acceleration.
  • Use AI tools and marketing technology to accelerate content creation, segmentation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights, refining messaging, targeting, and channel strategy to improve results.
  • Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong ownership of integrated demand generation and multi-channel campaign execution.
    • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth through marketing programs in complex sales environments.
    • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
    • Strong expertise in content development, messaging strategy, and funnel metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
    • Experience working closely with Sales and Product teams to align marketing strategy with revenue objectives.
    • Background in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
    • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments such as post-merger or scaling organizations.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal and external partners.
    • Bonus: experience with AI content tools, event marketing, patient engagement solutions, or SaaS product marketing.
