Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires continuous collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of innovative solutions. The engineer actively explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, maintaining a focus on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies. Daily activities include problem-solving, coordinating development efforts, and contributing to the overall enhancement of client services through robust and scalable software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic direction for LabVantage LIMS engagements, including defining solution strategy, driving client outcomes, overseeing delivery governance, and ensuring alignment with long-term laboratory transformation objectives, while having mandatory hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS to effectively guide solution decisions. The role acts as a senior advisor to stakeholders, ensures risk management, compliance, value realization, and guides managerial and technical teams while shaping the overall LIMS roadmap. Experience working with chemical industry customers or a chemical education background is a strong added advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery models.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple system layers.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
