As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines effectively.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in building scalable and maintainable web applications with a focus on performance optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration to connect front-end and back-end services.
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile software development methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
