Java Full Stack Developer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer based in India.
The role is centered on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications within a complex enterprise environment.
You will contribute across the entire software lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production deployment and operational support.
The position requires close collaboration with business analysts, QA engineers, and technical stakeholders in an Agile setup.
You will play a key role in building high-quality solutions using modern Java and Angular technologies.
The environment emphasizes DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement of application performance.
It is a hands-on engineering role with strong exposure to cloud, integration, and enterprise-grade architectures.
You will also contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and system reliability across delivery teams.
Accountabilities:
- Analyze and interpret functional and technical requirements, ensuring clear understanding in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular frameworks.
- Contribute to technical solution design, ensuring alignment with business needs and system architecture standards.
- Participate actively in testing phases including unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing in coordination with QA teams.
- Support production environments by troubleshooting issues and ensuring application stability and performance.
- Improve application efficiency through optimization, performance tuning, and adherence to coding best practices.
- Implement DevOps pipelines and tools to ensure continuous integration, delivery, and deployment quality.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java (8/17), Spring / Spring Boot, Angular (7/17), SQL, and Shell scripting.
- Experience working with DevOps toolchains such as GitLab CI or Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (IBM Cloud preferred) and enterprise application architecture.
- Familiarity with testing practices including unit, integration, and acceptance testing (JUnit 4/5, ALM tools).
- Understanding of code quality tools such as SonarQube and Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to API architecture, authentication mechanisms, and certificate management is a plus.
- Experience with Apache POI / ASPOSE, Apache Ignite, Spring Cloud, and WebSphere is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed and remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, B-Tech, MCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in finance or banking domains is an added advantage.
