Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance service quality. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement and innovation to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Assist in the documentation and knowledge sharing to support team growth and project continuity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of backend development principles and RESTful API design.
- Experience with database management and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies to complement backend development.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
